Brift is deliberately sold as a single plan at a single price. Most teams need nothing else. A few do — and for those, the answer is a conversation, not a hidden tier.

The plan carries unlimited conversations and we mean it. If you are sending hundreds of thousands of visitors a month, we would rather size it with you upfront than discover it together on a Tuesday.
A legal or procurement review
Security questionnaire, data processing agreement, a question about where a message transits. Send the document — you will get direct answers, including the ones that say no.
A destination we do not cover
The agent hands visitors off to booking, WhatsApp, email or checkout. If your funnel ends somewhere else — an internal CRM, a bespoke form — describe it and we will tell you honestly whether it is a week of work or out of scope.
Several sites, one team
Agencies running agents for their own clients, or a group with one brand per market. Billing and setup are worth arranging properly rather than opening one account per site.

No, and you should not. Paste your URL, the agent is built in front of you, and you only pay when you put it live. This page exists for the few cases the self-serve plan genuinely does not cover.

Who actually answers?

The person who builds Brift. There is no sales team to route you through, which is the upside: the answer comes from someone who knows exactly what the product can and cannot do.

Can I get a custom price?

For several sites under one roof, or for a setup that needs work we would not otherwise do, yes — it is arranged case by case. For a single site, the public price is the price, and it is lower than what a negotiation would get you.
