It also detects behavior—tone, personality, selling technique—so the agent speaks like your site reads.
Review the "What your agent knows" panel and edit anything the scan got wrong or your site undersells. This is also where you add what the public site does not say: upload documents (sales FAQ, positioning one-pager) or write notes—negotiable pricing, competitors to avoid naming, tone rules.
