Add an AI Sales Agent in 2 Minutes

No sprint ticket, no flow builder, no chatbot project.

Enterprise chat rollouts take months; modern agents ship like analytics tags. Brift compresses setup to its actual essentials: your URL, one script tag, and a verify click. Everything else—context documents, goal tuning, branding—is optional refinement you can do after the agent is already working.

Step 1 — Paste your URL (the live scan does the rest)

Enter your website URL and Brift runs a live scan of your public pages. It builds the agent's knowledge automatically: your offer, your pricing, your ideal customer, the objections implicit in your copy, your primary CTA, your social proof, and your guarantees. It also detects behavior—tone, personality, selling technique—so the agent speaks like your site reads.

Review the "What your agent knows" panel and edit anything the scan got wrong or your site undersells. This is also where you add what the public site does not say: upload documents (sales FAQ, positioning one-pager) or write notes—negotiable pricing, competitors to avoid naming, tone rules.

Step 2 — Pick your goal

Choose what success means on your site: Book a call (paste your Cal.com or Calendly link), Capture lead, Email me, Push to signup, Get a quote request, WhatsApp, Call me, Send to intake, or Push to checkout. The agent drives every conversation toward that outcome—answering questions along the way, not instead of it.

If your audience is B2B, the ROI simulator auto-enables so buyers can model payback for their team size; for general-audience or B2C sites it stays off. You can override either way in settings.

Step 3 — Install the snippet and verify

Copy your snippet—one async script tag—and paste it immediately before the closing </body> tag. Brift ships step-by-step guides per platform: React/Vue/Next.js, WordPress (theme or plugin), Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and manual installs.

Hit "Check my site": Brift looks for the script tag on your homepage and confirms the agent is live. Detection can take a minute or two after you deploy. That is the whole install—3 steps, about 2 minutes.

After launch: the 10-minute polish

Branding: pick one of twelve themes (Mist, Linen, Verdant, Ocean, Ultraviolet, Sunset, Carbon, Midnight, Plum, Ember, Blush—or Default), set your agent name, greeting, subtitle, and social-proof taglines. The widget should disappear into your design.

Objections: the scan pre-builds objection-response pairs ("Too expensive for our size", "We already use a chatbot", "We need to see a demo first"). Edit them, delete the off-brand ones, add the objection your sales calls always hit.

Day 2 and beyond

Open the dashboard each morning: every conversation arrives with a one-line AI summary, an outcome label (Goal reached, Qualified, Low intent), and the captured contact when there is one. Follow up on Qualified conversations while they are warm.

Watch the weekly numbers—conversations, goals reached, capture rate, most-asked question—and make one small edit a week based on what you read in transcripts. Compare goals reached week-over-week, not vanity chat counts.

FAQ

Do I need developer help?

No for standard sites—anyone who can paste a line of HTML can install it, and the platform guides cover WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace click-by-click. Custom apps just add the tag to the global layout.

What does the verify step actually check?

It fetches your homepage and looks for the Brift script tag. If you cached aggressively or deployed to a subdomain, give it a minute or re-check after a cache purge.

Can I try it before putting it on my site?

Yes—after the URL scan you get a live preview of your agent answering as your business, before any install. Setup starts at $0.
